In case you don't know about the Cheesecake Factory, in the US there are corporations that assemble teams of top restaurant professionals - interior designers, menu planners, chefs, restaurant systems managers and marketers. They then combine their skills to create a restaurant that delivers a dining experience that is quite close to a high-end restaurant but at a moderate price. Then they copy/paste their creation in towns across America. The Cheesecake Factory is one such chain restaurant. And as such, by definition it lacks local flavor and therefore, normally would not be included in these web pages. But this one is in the heart of the downtown action, on top of Macy's Department Store, overlooking Union Square with a fantastic view of great towers of commerce.
